The Goldbergs repeated well. ABC should have aired a repeat of Trophy Wife as well.

    yeah baby

  • Michael

I know this has been said to death, but there’s just no justifying those X Factor numbers. The ratings alone on a normal episode would be beyond terrible, but for a finale performance episode? I mean, yikes!

  • feinn

Modern family not a repeat ?

  • Russell

ABC should consider moving the Goldbergs to 8:30 permanently, maybe it can save it from cancelation since The Middle and it probably share a similar audience.

  • Tara

I am so happy X Factor is coming back ! woow

  • Douglas from Brazil

Modern Family repeat almost beat a new OUAT.And The Middle repeat beat both adults and viewers of the X Factor it’s impressive.

  • Patrick Ausgewahlt

Last year Barbara Walter’s had a 4.2 original Modern Family lead in and earned a 2.1, this year it earned a 2.2 out of a 1.8 repeat. Either there is little to no crossover audience, or people showed up because it was the final one.

  • Matt M.

All ABC comedies repeated amazingly well. Especially The Goldbergs… wow! I believe that’s a higher total viewership than its latest new episode.

  • Matt M.

LOL, NBC’s Michael Buble Christmas Special basically doubled CBS’s Celine Dion Christmas Special in the demo.

  • JR35

Is 0.7 still the lowest in the history of Home For the Holidays? And, does anyone have the historical date for each year? Thanks. :)

  • j

Surprising that even Sing Off is beating X Factor.

  • Mathew k

Why would fox renew the X factor!? It’s getting a 1.3 for its finale and barely 5 mill views. For a voting show that’s just not enough. But they did renew so you think u can dance which was about the same right?

  • Lasko6

That’s still great for the CW

  • Hardline_Pro

    Miley Cyrus isn’t fascinating…she’s annoying.

  • Firefly13

Barbara is dressed more scandalously than Miley in the picture being used. How funny.

  • Joe D

The winner of the night is again The Middle. Even a repeat beat X-Factor, Celine, iHeart and nearly Sing Off but beat it in total viewers. Nicely done.

  • Melanie P.

Last night must have been Miley Cyrus night because on the Jingle Ball she was shown performing, actually twerking, LOL, about 4 songs and opened and closed the show and then she was on Barbara Walters’ list.

  • Niallerz24

The Goldbergs seem to fit well on Wednesdays at 8.30pm. ABC could try a few new episodes there and see how they perform.

  • Raul

Go ABC! If it wasn’t for football, NBC would be dead.
