Nice to see the 3.0 for NCIS & 2.0 for CF

SHIELD adjusts up, nice but not nice for TW 1.1

  • Dochas

Nice for NCIS and Chicago Fire. :)
The promo’s for Killer Women didn’t make me want to watch no matter how much I love Tricia Helfer. This show is DOA, I hope she lands elsewhere.

  • Dennis

Great ratings for Chicago Fire1 A big score for NBC

  • Jay

And Dante just had a coronary………..

  • John A

Go CF. Up 3 tenths from its lead in and matched POI which dropped from intellegence lol.

  • Eve

    Chicago Fire! :)

  • James Sample

Well done The Goldbergs. This show really deserved a renewal. It has held up so well from à show that does will not have a similar audience. Give it a Season 2 and move it to the Wednesday night family line up where it will truly shine.

  • Cyrax86

Well Killer Women being DOA only helps Nashville’s case. SHIELD won’t be able to avoid going below a 2.0 when DST ends but it’ll still be renewed.

  • Dante

LOL at people all excited about Chicago MISfire earning a single tenth adjustment to a whopping and ZOMGamazing 2.0 demographic. LOL.

  • Percy

  • I Love TV!

F*** you FOX, you ruined New Girl for everybody

  • HeadlessHorseman

They’re happy because you said just a few hours ago that without the Voice, it would be impossible for CF to get a 2.0

Also, can you name a single network that would be disappointed in a 2.0?

  • Dante

Sure. CBS and to a much lesser extent, ABC.

But by all means, consider the fireman with soap opera stories to be a hit that deserved a spin-off. LOL.

  • matt

Dante is really jealous andknowsthat he is wrong about chicago fire

  • CBSviewer

NCIS is impressive ! With that ending it will go up next week (Probably 21.5 million and 3.0+).

  • John A

CBS wouldnt be dissapointed with a 2.0 in that slot. POI is getting that. And ABC would be thrilled with a 2.0 at 10pm Tuesday instead of a 0.9. Just admit you were wrong Dante its not that hard.

  • milo

@dante: “which may adjust down to a 1.8 in finals”

Yet another in the string of wrong predictions about CF. Hilarious that your posts have been so clueless and your predictions so wrong.

And why is “a whopping and ZOMGamazing 2.0 demographic” something to be laughed at in the case of CF but something you think is so wonderful for POI?

After all that grandstanding, the show you love ended up tying the show you hate. Much ado about nothing.

  • Jay

Dante knows he is dead wrong about CF. Must be humiliating. He knows it is guaranteed a third season which, of course means a fourth. Dick Wolf shows are syndication gold. As I recall, he mentioned several months ago hate for one of the two main stars. Must be something behind it.

  • HeadlessHorseman

    ABC’s scripted average is 2.0 and CBS’s scripted average is a 2.3

So yeah, neither of those networks would be disappointed in a 2.0. ABC isn’t disappointed in Castle, are they? No. CBS isn’t disappointed in POI are they? No.

Care to try again? Name a network that would be disappointed in a 2.0

  • Raffie

Well done, Fox. Guess not promoting either show for six weeks really paid off for New Girl and The Mindy Project. On the bright side, you’ll get to thump chest when New Girl’s L+7 comes in at about 100%, so there’s always that.

On the complete opposite end, giving The Goldbergs a chance between The Middle and Modern Family and promoting the hell out of it looks to have worked. It’s almost as if ABC wants the show to succeed.
