Absolutely fantastic numbers for Y&R. Go JFP! No wonder the show got a 3 year renewal. Jill is doing a phenominal job. Guess that all those rants about how she’s ruining the show are in the minority. The majority of viewers have spoken! Go Jill!!

    Go CBS…………Y&R and B&B are on a roll………….

  • MBmomof3

    WOW! Impressive.

  • PatF

That is A LOT for all three shows.

So happy for YR’s cast and crew.

Jill has done some things that I don’t think have HELPED the show, but I am glad that ratings are up.

Congrats to our sister soap BB! Wonderful news to accompany the renewal.

This is so awesome to hear for soaps. Even though, I don’t watch G@H and not a fan of Days of our Lives as much. Still great to see the trend going up!. If you’re averaging over 3 mill?? during the afternoon that’s great. 4 or 5 is incredible. Hopefully they get extra little perks in the contract for budgets.

One thing I love about Bold and the Beautiful is they’ll actually go and shoot their scenes or in Colorado or Italy. Y@R doesn’t do that anymore….

Congrats to my 2 favorite shows.

Oh JFP sign your big new contract for y and r. Her ratings are stellar.

CBS SOAPS HAVE A BIG AFRICAN AMERICAN FOLLOWING…. MY MOM IS OBSESSED… HAPPY TO SEE RATINGS UP Y&R HAD A 4.1 ON MON AND TUES… HUGE!!! HAVEN’T SEEN NUMBERS LIKE THIS IN YRS…. HOPE BY YEAR END THEY ALL GO UP….. THANK GOD SOAPNET IS GONE!!!! IN THE 80′S WHAT DID YOU DO… WATCH THE SHOWS LIVE!!!! TAKE IT BACK THE THE 80′S MAN!!!

  • Bexx

The reason Y&R has a huge African American following is because they actually have an AA core family, unlike many of the other soaps. Most soaps on today have one or two AA characters, and they seldom last long.
