Nielsen TV Ratings: ©2014 The Nielsen Company. All Rights Reserved.

NOTE: All ratings are "live plus same day" from Nielsen Media Research unless otherwise indicated.

Definitions:

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.  More information on ratings is available here.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

    Missed Shark tank last night, but glad to see it match its season high. :0 Was it a good one?

  • Leon

    @Carmen

    Lol I’m a dracula fan but I won’t be asking for a renewal I’m pretty sure the show is done with! If it gets renewed great but I don’t see it happening lol! Happy it went up though!

  • Melissa

    Bones 3rd. Ugh. Hopefully it will adjust up.

  • John A

    Nice recovery from Grimm. The Dateline lead in helps. Great for Shark Tank considering the crap lead in. I could see the CW renewing that flop TCD afterall. If that 0.4 holds and could stay steady the next 2 weeks.

  • Charmed

    TCD one tenth away from TTP and beats BATB!

  • Orfeo

    So “Supernatural” is the #1 show on the CW this week. Not bad for a 9-years old show!

  • RJC

    The Neighbors is definitely ABC’s weak link on Friday. 0.9 sandwiched between a 1.4 and a 2.1 is not good. It should be building into Shark Tank, not falling half a ratings point. It’s obvious what ABC has to do for next season.

  • finally

    @ Jeff, it an error of wording, the show is down to 0.6 from it’s premiere episode rating of 0.7. The premiere aired last week, Friday 1/10/14.

  • Joshcanada

    Is Enlisted going to be pulled early? That 0.6 is horrible. Too bad
    It’s a great show. Did touch pull lower demos on Friday last year? If so, I hope they let Enlisted finish off like touch did.

    When u look at the half hours , GRIMM BEAT H50 !!!!

  • MeAndMrsJones

    @Carmen LOL.

    This is the only show I hope gets a swift cancellation (more than hope tbh).

  • Dennis

    @Charmed

    that actually does make Carrie sound a little better…the fact Tomorrow People is only a tenth higher this week with Arrow as a lead in…

    I really dont care about anything on CW, but…it could irk a renewal

    The Neighbors … will probably get renewed. I don’t watch it, but…i dunno…I have this sense about it. ABC obviously want it

  • Eelna

    TCD can hold this rating, and even hit the one-million-mark for its season finale. It if ties last seasons finale, I could see it getting renewed.

  • John A

    20/20 did well too. It beat alot of 10pm shows on ABC this week like Betrayal and Nashville lol.

  • Sherri

    I love Dracula, I hope it gets a second season. Season finally next week!

  • Dennis

    ABC should try switching LMS and TN.

    TN would appeal more to younger kids/teens maybe might do a little better..

  • THE OLD MAN

    Your basic Friday night ratings, though it’s not good to see unscripted programming take each hour

    Big YAYS to LMS, H50, Grimm, BB & Bones

    Big ONO! to RH & Enlisted (a truly outrageous LOL gem) (See One’s POST)

  • Anna g

    Neighbours air at 8:30 not 9:30 pm. Also, it was nice rebound for Grimm and H50 is steady! Hopefully it will adjust up like last Friday! Shark tank rules 9 pm as usual! Blue Bloods again have amazing total viewership!

  • Ram510

    Besides Shark Tank when is the last time a show got a 2.1 or higher on a Friday and more than once in a season? Blue Bloods season 2?

  • Ram510

    Basically what I’m trying to say is ABC should be really proud if Shark Tank. A 2.1 on a Friday almost never happens these days
