FOX is Number One Among Adults 18-49 and with Total Viewers in Week 17 Ending January 19, 2014

In week 17 of the broadcast television season ending Sunday, January 19, 2014,  FOX was number one among adults 18-49 with a 5.8 rating average. CBS was second with a 1.5 adults 18-49 rating average.  ABC was third with a 1.4 adults 18-49 rating.  NBC  was fourth with a 1.3 adults 18-49 rating.  Univision came in fifth with a 1.0 adults 18-49 rating.  The CW finished sixth with a 0.6 adults 18-49 rating average.

FOX won the week with total viewers, with 17.359 million viewers, ahead of second place CBS with 8.355 million viewers. ABC was third with 5.150 million followed by NBC with 4.587 million, Univision with 2741 million and the CW with 1.567 million.

Each adults 18-49 rating point is a percentage of the adults 18-49 US TV population and equals 1.265 million adults 18-49.

    Well, It looks like everything’s back to normal for a while at least. NBC back to fourth place both in A18-49 and total viewers.

    Besides football. Midseason is always better for fox. They make up lost ground

    Ouch for NBC. Almost forgot how weak their non sports / non Voice programing is.
    Anxious to see the season to date #s now!

    So few of us care about network ratings .
