THE AMAZING RACE sends 11 teams on a trek around the world.  Each Team is comprised of two people who have a pre-existing relationship with one another.  At every destination, each Team competes in a series of challenges — some mental and some physical — and when the tasks have been completed, they learn their next destination.  Teams who are farthest behind will gradually be eliminated as the contest progresses, with the first team to arrive at the final destination winning at least $1 million.

Jerry Bruckheimer, Bertram van Munster, Jonathan Littman, Elise Doganieri and Mark Vertullo are the executive producers for Jerry Bruckheimer Television and Earthview Inc. in association with ABC Studios and Amazing Race Productions.  THE AMAZING RACE was created by Bertram van Munster and Elise Doganieri.

  • Cory Smith

It’s Mark and bopper that don’t get to go. Bopper was replaced by Mallory from seasons 17 and 18 as they are all friends from Kentucky.

Overall that’s a pretty dreadful cast of ‘all-stars’

  • Bob

The word “Star” is used very very loosely here.

  • AlanHalliwell

Even though Joey and Meghan finished 3rd last its still gonna be great they have a huge following over 3 million subscribers on youtube

  • sergio

yeah!!! the cowboys are back!!! :D

  • E

I hate the fact that they only use teams from the current seasons. I would like to see some teams from the first 5 seasons.

  • Flame

Team Big Brother is everything but a fan favourite. Actually, Rachel was the most obnoxious person on the show until Marie came along last Season.

    Queen Mallory is though.

  • Flame

Ah, yes, Team Magpies’ claim to Race fame: They became the first team to steal money from another team. Calling each other Twinnies pales to that in comparison.

  • Christian

Thank God I don’t watch The Amazing Race. Two seasons of “Brenchel”(cue retch sound effect) on Big Brother was more than enough, thank you very much. If Big Brother decides to do All Stars next year, and these obnoxious famewh0res sign on again, I will definitely pass!

  • Babar

Hate Flight Time and Big Easy.

  • TV Addict

I have always liked them, so I’m definitely in the minority, but I’m pumped that they’re back and I hope they win this time.

  • Chris L

John and Jessica and Margie and Luke are awful. Why bring them back?

  • ShiroCuttonbuds

OMG, Rachel?? The annoying sri lanka’s twins?? stupid afghanimals??
are you kidding me?? what “all-star” about them?? people hate them!!
whatever, hope these three not-all-star-at-all team will be eliminate as early as possible.

yeah, for the cowboys and margie & luke!!

  • Jagger Dagger

I’ll watch it, but “all-star” versions of reality competition shows are not my thing. I’d rather watch new contestants.
Brandon and Rachel also need to go away.

  • CrimTV

No! This means that Rachel may not be appearing on an All-Star Big Brother 16 :(

  • Matt

I don’t know why everyone is upset with this team or that team coming back….LOL….the annoying twins, cowboys, etc. bring DRAMA to show = gets people talking like this = RATINGS….and let’s face it, that is all TV is = RATINGS! :)

  • Ed

Refusing to complete a task, as in the fast forward head shaving, should eliminate anyone from being an all-star.

  • Adam Decker

A lot of these seem more like second chances and some are even the third chance. I only watch on certain occasions like when the CBS program I plan to watch is delayed. It lost my interest a long time ago due to the similarity between seasons. I also find it interesting that they brought back quitters.

  • Tim

Really, CBS? Again?!? There are 3 teams racing for their THIRD time. Is the goal to just let teams keep racing until they finally win? And can we please end any ‘Big Brother’ association with your, until recently, much better show? Please, please, PLEASE — have interesting first-time couples race. Definitely won’t be watching yet another All-Star season…so we’ll see you, maybe, in September. #lazycasting

  • Kate

“Refusing to complete a task, as in the fast forward head shaving, should eliminate anyone from being an all-star.”

That’s kind of harsh. Fast forwards are optional and they ended up in the finals anyway. The only way I would have considered doing it is if I was guaranteed the win.

  • bluejoni

I can not stand “Brenchel”a more annoying couple doesn’t exist !!! Maybe if I hear they’ve been eliminated then I watch. STOP putting these idiots and their idiot relatives on my favorite reality shows !!
