Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)
Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

I really wonder what would happen if The Crazy Ones aired out of TBBT instead of The Millers. Would the numbers for the two shows flip? Or does each have a set audience on their own?

It seems like The Millers is going to get renewed and The Crazy Ones cancelled but it would be a shame if that’s going to happen simply because The Millers is lucky to air when it does.

  • Midnight

Good for Elementary but bad for the Crazy Ones. And darn, hopefully Reign will adjust down so TTP has better odds.

  • AllOfHerTw!st

    Come ON Community!

Elementary strong, though against fairly weak competition.

  • Dan

Goodbye The Crazy Ones, goodbye Rake.

  • Steph

    Elementary! Yay!

  • casey

AI was less impacted by TBBT that what I thought.
Not looking to good for Rake
CBS Horrible ratings at 9 PM with no ABC Competition from GA

  • Jeff (Canada)

Everything was down or even, that’s good for individual shows. It says that it wasn’t just one show that suffered.

  • Sammy01

Stick a fork in Rake it is done.

  • Mike

Not surprised with the drop on Big Bang Theory, not one of the better episodes. It will probably adjust a tenth or two as usual.

  • Ron

Reign is definitely not a girly show as i thought. The latest episodes have gotten dark and awesome.Mary and Catherine are great leads!
Loving TVD since Katherine took over Elena body even though it is temporary!

  • a p garcia

Good for Reign and lets hope this is only a glitch for the other shows except RAKE.

  • CBSviewers

    Goodbye The Crazy Ones.

Mom still has lower ratings !

  • Mike

Dante, I do not watch Crazy Ones or We’re The Millers, if that makes any difference.

  • Eve

Community and Parks need to leave that 8pm spot, TBBT is killing them.

  • Dan

@Dante – if The Crazy Ones aired out of Big Bang it would probably do as well as Millers. But one thing to remember is CBS owns The Millers while Fox owns Crazy Ones. So Millers would have the advantage even if it were lower rated than TCO.

  • AllOfHerTw!st

Rake down to cancellation territory. I thought this episode was funnier than the pilot.
