Nielsen TV Ratings: ©2014 The Nielsen Company. All Rights Reserved.

NOTE: All ratings are "live plus same day" from Nielsen Media Research unless otherwise indicated.

Definitions:

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.  More information on ratings is available here.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

  • Brad

    Enlisted back to being dead.

  • Dennis

Ugh Neighbors is the most inconsistent show ever. DIE already

  • Charmed

    Go Carrie :)

  • Matt M.

    GREAT for ABC!

Huge viewership for Last Man Standing… basically locks it in for a 4th season renewal!

Another good week for SharkTank and 20/20!

Also great for CBS… Supposedly highest viewership for BLUE since series premiere, 4 years ago!

  • Rene

well, bye bye TCD. You had a great run.

  • Eclipse

Not a great finale rating for TCD, but a .4 is better than its normal .3 at least!

  • Ben

So much for Enlisted’s resurrection. It’s back to being dead.

TCD is also just about dead. A renewal would be a big surprise.
But then again, last year’s renewal was also unexpected.

  • omabin

    @Amanda Kondolojy,

The Neighbors’ season high is the 1.2 from its premiere, the 1.1 is not a season high. H50 was the one that hit a season high last night.

  • Anna g

Season high for H50 and full retention from UB. Hopefully these numbers will not adjust down. Very good for Blue Bloods as well. Shark tank won 9 pm as usual.

  • Dennis

    TCD is dead

  • Matt M.

TCD will be renewed for another 13-episode run, most likely. CW has nothing to fill and/or anchor Fridays.

  • Dennis

The Neighbors will adjust down as usual

  • Helen

Still pretty good for Bones and Enlisted! Bones was renewed for Season 10 and is going back to Mondays. Definitely rocked Fridays, and didn’t die at all. Enlisted should be moved away from Fridays!

  • Matt M.

I believe BONES averaged 6.84 million viewers, NOT 6.14 million viewers?

  • Dante

Is this Raising Hope’s last season? Are they sold into syndication at this point?

  • Babar

    Great night for CBS

  • Toni

@Amanda: The Neighbors current season high is 1.2 (only reached in the premiere episode, aired Friday September 20, 2013).

  • Alex

Good for 20/20. Must-watch show last night.

  • annie

really hope TCD can scrap a 3rd season .. A full season this time this season was good but it could of benefited from a full season so many storylines that only lasted 2-3 episodes that could been more explored .

  • http://tvbythenumbers.com Amanda Kondolojy

Hey all! Sorry about that. The Neighbors text now says “Best since season premiere”
