2013-2014 Season: FOX and NBC Tie for Lead Among Adults 18-49 & CBS Tops Total Viewers Through Week 20 Ending February 9, 2014

After twenty weeks of the 2013-2014 broadcast television season (through Sunday, February 9, 2014), FOX and NBC are tied for first place among adults 18-49, each with a 2.9 rating average, up 16 percent and 7 percent from last season, respectively.   CBS was third with a 2.6 rating average, down 19 percent from last season. ABC was fourth with a 2.1 down 9 percent from last season. Univsion was fifth with a 1.2, down 20 percent from last season. The CW finished sixth with a 0.8 adults 18-49 rating average, up 14% from the previous season.

Among  total viewers, CBS is ahead for the season  averaging 11.316 million viewers. NBC is second with 9.486million, followed by FOX with 8.469 million, ABC with 7.460 million, Univision with 3.074 million and CW with 1.905 million.

Each adults 18-49 rating point is a percentage of the adults 18-49 US TV population and equals 1.265 million adults 18-49. The season-to-date numbers are “Most Current” ratings, which are Live+7 Day for all but the two most recent weeks and Live+ Same Day for the two most recent weeks.
