FOX News Channel was the most-watched news channel during Thursday’s breaking news about the explosion in Harlem. During the  10AM/ET hour (when reports of the explosion first surfaced), FOX News delivered 1,310,000 P2+ and 297,000 A25-54, trumping both MSNBC and CNN in that time slot.
