Telenovela “Qué Pobres Tan Ricos” Helped Univision Rank as the #3 Broadcast Network M-F 10-11 p.m.

 

On Friday and Saturday, Univision Ranked As #2 Broadcast Network Among Adults 18-34

 

Univision Broadcast Prime Highlights - Week of March 10, 2014 to March 16, 2014

  • On Monday night, facing competition from “The Bachelor” finale on ABC and NBC’s premiere of “Believe,” Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

 

  • On Tuesday night, Univision ranked as the #4 broadcast network among both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.  Univision out-delivered FOX among Adults 18-49 and CBS among Adults 18-34.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 20 programs for both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.  
  • On Wednesday night, Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.   

 

  • On Thursday night, Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 20 programs for Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

 

  • On Friday night, Univision ranked as the #2 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering FOX in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.
  • On Saturday night, airing the second half of Liga Mexicana match “Cruz Azul/Tijuana” followed at 9 p.m. by a two hour edition of “Sabado Gigante” (Giant Saturday) helped Univision rank as the #2 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and #3 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering CBS and FOX in each demographic.  “Sabado Gigante” averaged 1.8 Million Total Viewers 2+, 701,000 Adults 18-49, and 342,000 Adults 18-34.

 

  • On Sunday night, Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 20 programs for Total Viewers 2+.

 

ü   “Aqui y Ahora” (Here and Now) and “Sal y Pimienta” (Salt and Pepper) both increased among Total Viewers 2+ over the prior week.  “Aqui y Ahora” grew +7% from 1.7 to 1.8 Million while “Sal y Pimienta” increased +5% from 2.3 to 2.5 Million.

 

ü   “Nuestra Belleza Latina” (Our Latin Beauty) averaged 2.6 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.2 Million Adults 18-49, and 524,000 Adults 18-34.  

  • Univision’s 8 p.m. telenovela “Por Siempre Mi Amor” (Forever Yours) averaged 2.2 Million Total Viewers 2+, 989,000 Adults 18-49, and 448,000 Adults 18-34.

 

  • Univision’s 9 p.m. telenovela “Lo Que Vida Me Robó” (What Life Took From Me) helped Univision rank as the #4 broadcast network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-34.  The telenovela averaged 3.5 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.7 Million Adults 18-49, and 792,000 Adults 18-34.

 

  • Univision’s 10 p.m. telenovela “Qué Pobres Tan Ricos” (The Poor, Rich Family) helped Univision rank as the #3 broadcast network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-34.  The telenovela averaged 2.7 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.4 Million Adults 18-49, and 618,000 Adults 18-34.
