FOX News Tops Cable News for Second Straight Week During Heavy News Coverage

For the week of March 17, Fox News  was the number one cable news network across the board. In a week that included news on the missing plane and ongoing coverage of the crisis in Ukraine, Fox News notched a weekday average of 1.2 million total viewers; double that CNN’s total day average. It was also more than CNN and MSNBC combined. 

During primetime, Fox News dominated CNN and MSNBC in total viewers and the Adults 25-54 demo, averaging 2 million in total viewers and 370,000 in A25-54.  

Additionally,  Fox News  also beat CNN and MSNBC for the week in adults 25-54.
