NBC’s Tuesday Comedies Continue to Deliver Solid Results

NBC’s Tuesday comedies continue to deliver solid results, with “About a Boy” (2.0/6 at 9:01) remaining in the 2.0-2.1 range for a third straight week.

 

“Boy” wins the time period among the Big 4 in adults 18-34 and men 18-34.

 

“Growing Up Fisher” (1.7/5 at 9:31) remains in the 1.7-1.8 range for a third-straight week, and last night’s telecast is running within 0.2 of a point of the show’s first Tuesday original.  The “Fisher” track since that initial Tuesday first-run on Feb. 25 is: 1.9, 1.7, 1.8, 1.7.

 

“Fisher” retained 85% of its lead-in from “About a Boy” and its last three retentions have been a steady 85%, 86%, 85%.

 

 

 

“The Voice” (3.3/11 from 8-9:01) is the #1 show of the night.

 

“The Voice” wins the 8 p.m. hour among the Big 4 by a 32% margin (3.3 vs. 2.5 for CBS’s #2 “NCIS”).

 

“The Voice” is currently retaining 94% of last week’s 3.5 in these preliminary fast-national ratings and 92% of last week’s 3.6 in official nationals.

 

 

 

A 10 p.m. encore of “Chicago Fire” (1.0/3 in 18-49, 4.015 million viewers overall) captured the biggest overall audience for a “Chicago Fire” rebroadcast since Dec. 26, 2012 (4.203 million).

 

The “Chicago Fire” encore topped ABC’s original “Mind Games” in all key measures.
