Telenovela “Lo Que Vida Me Robó” Helped Univision Rank as the #2 Broadcast Network M-F 9-10 p.m. Among Adults 18-34

 

Univision Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of April 14, 2014 to April 20, 2014

 

·         On five nights this week, Univision ranked #3 or higher in primetime versus the English-language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, or FOX) among Adults 18-34.  Also, in all primetime (M-SU) this week, Univision ranked as the #4 broadcast network among Adults 18-34, out-delivering CBS.

 

·         On Monday night, Univision ranked as the #3 broadcast network among Adults 18-34, out-delivering CBS and FOX.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

 

·         On Tuesday night, Univision ranked as the #2 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering FOX in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.  

·         On Wednesday night, Univision ranked as the #2 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and #3 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering ABC and NBC in each demographic. 

 

ü  Univision’s 9 p.m. telenovela “Lo Que Vida Me Robó” (What Life Took From Me) was the #1 program for the entire evening among Adults 18-34. 

 

ü  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

 

·         On Thursday night, Univision ranked as the #3 broadcast network among both Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering NBC in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

 

·         On Friday night, Univision ranked as the #2 broadcast network among  both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, out-delivering CBS, FOX, and NBC in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.

 

·         On Sunday night, Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 20 programs for Total Viewers 2+.   

ü  At 8 p.m., “Nuestra Belleza Latina” (Our Latin Beauty) saw an increase over the prior week among Adults 18-34 (+7% to 496,000).

 

ü  Following “Nuestra Belleza Latina,” “Sal y Pimienta” (Salt and Pepper) helped Univision rank as the #1 broadcast network for the 10-11 p.m. hour among Adults 18-34 and #3 among Adults 18-49.  Also, “Sal y Pimienta” saw increases over the prior week among Adults 18-34 (+36% to 518,000) and Adults 18-49 (+8% to 1.2 Million).

 

·         Univision’s 8 p.m. telenovela “Por Siempre Mi Amor” (Forever Yours) saw increases over the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (+10% to 2.6 Million), Adults 18-49 (+13% to 1.3 Million), and Adults 18-34 (+16% to 602,000).

 

·         Univision’s 9 p.m. telenovela “Lo Que Vida Me Robó” (What Life Took From Me) helped Univision rank as the #2 broadcast network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49.  The telenovela averaged 3.7 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.9 Million Adults 18-49, and 882,000 Adults 18-34.

 

·         Univision’s 10 p.m. telenovela “Qué Pobres Tan Ricos” (The Poor, Rich Family) helped Univision rank as the #2 broadcast network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-34 and #3 among Adults 18-49.  The telenovela averaged 2.8 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.5 Million Adults 18-49, and 686,000 Adults 18-34.
