NBC’s ‘Hollywood Game Night’ Jumps 22 Percent Week-to-Week in Adults 18-49

“Hollywood Game Night” (1.1/4 in 18-49, 3.8 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) jumped week to week by +22% in adults 18-49(to a 1.1 rating from a 0.9) and +19% in total viewers (3.785million vs. 3.176 million).  In a highly competitive time period against CBS’s “Big Bang Theory” and “Millers,” Fox’s “Hell’s Kitchen” and ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy” encore, “Hollywood Game Night”  generated NBC’s second-best 18-49 and total-viewer results in the time period since March 27, trailing over that span only the May 1 “iHeart Radio Music Awards.”

 

  • “Hollywood Game Night” matched the show’s highest 18-49 rating since Feb. 27 (when its first Thursday telecast of the season averaged a 1.2 at 9 p.m. ET) and delivered its biggest overall audience since March 27 (4.283 million).

 

  • Night 2 of “Rosemary’s Baby” (1.0/3 in 18-49, 3.3 million viewers overall from 9-11 p.m. ET) grew substantially from its first half-hour to its fourth, by +38% in adults 18-49 (to a 1.1 rating from a 0.8) and by +31% in total viewers (3.8 million vs. 2.9 million).  Night 2 of “Rosemary’s Baby” retained 91% of its Night 1 rating in adults 18-49 (1.0 vs. 1.1 on Sunday, May 11 from 9-11 p.m.) and 90% of its Night 1 result in total viewers (3.312 million vs. 3.676 million).

 

  • For its second hour from 10-11 p.m. ET, “Rosemary’s Baby” tied for #2 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and finished within 0.3 of a rating point of #1 among those nets (1.1 vs. 1.4 for CBS’s “Elementary” season finale).
