Telenovelas “Lo Que La Vida Me Robó” and “Qué Pobres Tan Ricos” Helped Univision Rank as the No. 1 Broadcast Network M-F 9 and 10 p.m. Among Adults 18-34, No. 2 Among Adults 18-49

 

Univision Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of May 26, 2014 to June 1, 2014

 

·          Univision ranked as the #1 broadcast network in all primetime (M-SU) among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering ABC, CBS, and FOX.  Also, Univision had 4 of the top 10 programs among Adults 18-49.

 

·         On Monday night, Univision ranked as the #1 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering CBS in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.

 

·         On Tuesday night, Univision ranked as the #2 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and #3 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering CBS and FOX in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.  

·         On Wednesday night, Univision ranked as the #2 broadcast network among both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49, out-delivering NBC, ABC, and CBS in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.

 

·         On Thursday night, Univision ranked as the #1 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering ABC in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.

 

·         On Friday night, Univision ranked as the #1 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and #3 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering CBS and FOX in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.

 

·         On Sunday night, Univision ranked as the #4 broadcast network among both Adults 18-34 and  Adults 18-49, out-delivering CBS in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 20 programs for Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.   

 

ü  At 7 p.m., “Aqui y Ahora” (Here and Now) saw increases over the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (+40% to 1.5 Million), Adults 18-49 (+46% to 618,000), and Adults 18-34 (+56% to 222,000).

ü  Airing at 8 p.m., “Bailando Por Un Sueño” (Dancing for a Dream) helped Univision rank as the #4 broadcast network in the time period among Adults 18-49.  The show saw increases over the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (+12% to 2.0 Million) and Adults 18-49 (+6% to 944,000).

ü  Following “Bailando Por Un Sueño,” “Sal y Pimienta” (Salt and Pepper) helped Univision rank as the #1 broadcast network for the 10-11 p.m. hour among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49.  “Sal y Pimienta” saw increases over the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (+25% to 2.1 Million), Adults 18-49 (+26% to 1.0 Million), and Adults 18-34 (+46% to 459,000).

 

·         Univision’s 8 p.m. telenovela “De Que Te Quiero, Te Quiero” (I Really Do Love You) helped Univision rank as the #3 broadcast network for the hour among Adults 18-34.  The telenovela saw growth over the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (+4% to 2.2 Million) and Adults 18-34 (+6% to 494,000).

 

·         Univision’s 9 p.m. telenovela “Lo Que La Vida Me Robó” (What Life Took From Me) helped Univision rank as the #1 broadcast network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49.  The telenovela saw growth over the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (+9% to 3.9 Million), Adults 18-49 (+4% to 2.0 Million), and Adults 18-34 (+9% to 980,000).

 

·         Univision’s 10 p.m. telenovela “Qué Pobres Tan Ricos” (The Poor, Rich Family) helped Univision rank as the #1 broadcast network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49.  The telenovela saw growth over the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (+7% to 2.9 Million).
