CBS Receives 27 Nominations for “60 Minutes;”

Three Nominations Each for “48 Hours,” the “CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley,” and “CBS Sunday Morning with Charles Osgood;” Two Nominations for “CBS This Morning;”

One Nomination for “Face the Nation with Bob Schieffer,” and More

 

CBS News was recognized by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences with 42 News and Documentary Emmy Award nominations – more than any other broadcast network. The Network received 27 nominations for 60 Minutes; three nominations each for 48 HOURS, the CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY and CBS SUNDAY MORNING WITH CHARLES OSGOOD; two nominations for CBS THIS MORNING; one nomination for FACE THE NATION WITH BOB SCHIEFFER, and more.

 

The 35th Annual News and Documentary Emmy Awards will be presented Tuesday, Sept. 30, at a ceremony at Frederick P. Rose Hall, Home of Jazz at Lincoln Center, located in the Time Warner Center in New York. Details of the nominated broadcasts are as follows:
