TV Ratings Tuesday: ‘America’s Got Talent’ down but still leads, ‘Bachelorette’ steady

“America’s Got Talent” came down some from its season premiere, but Tuesday’s episode still led the night in both adults 18-49 and viewers. The show posted a 2.2 in the demo, down 0.3 from last week. “Maya & Marty” (1.2) was likewise down three tenths.
A Tuesday edition of “The Bachelorette” was even with Monday’s 2.0. ABC also got a 1.4 from a special “20/20” focusing on singer Bobby Brown.
CBS’ “Person of Interest” held steady with last week’s 1.0, and FOX’s “Coupled” (0.5) also matched last week’s performance. “Hotel Hell,” however, was down a tenth at 0.7. The CW’s reruns are likely inflated due to a pre-emption in Chicago.
