Game 6 of the NBA Finals delivered another huge win for ABC Thursday. It’s currently at a 6.3 rating in adults 18-49, up from 6.0 for Monday’s Game 5 (which adjusted up to 7.6 in the finals).
The two-hour, commercial-free premiere of “Aquarius” on NBC managed only a 0.4, on par with its last couple Thursday-night airings last year (but down 60 percent from its series premiere). “Bones” (0.7) fell 0.2 vs. its last episode for FOX, and “Home Free” debuted to a 0.6, down from 0.9 for its series premiere last year. “Beauty and the Beast” matched last week’s 0.2 on The CW.

Time Shifted Viewing: Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live +Same-Day and Live +7 Day. Time-shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+SD includes viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3 a.m. local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live +7 ratings include viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
