Syndicated TV ratings, June 20-26: ‘Family Feud’ No. 1 again
“Family Feud” held the No. 1 spot among syndicated strips for the fourth week in a row (and fifth of the last six) in the week of June 20-26. The show drew a 7.1 household rating, up three tenths of a point from the previous week.
“Live with Kelly” (2.6) edged “Dr. Phil” (2.5) for the top spot among talk shows, with both airing repeats. “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” scored a season-low 1.8.

Why do you use household ratings here but nowhere else? Ad deals for syndicated shows are largely based on household ratings and, for daytime shows, ratings among women 25-54.
What about “The Simpsons”? “Simpsons” repeats in syndication are not counted in the weekly ratings because they don’t include any national advertising.
“Weekend Adventure” is a package of nature shows airing weekends on many ABC stations.
For syndicated shows airing on multiple days, the viewership is the average of all telecasts.
