Syndicated TV ratings, June 27-July 3: ‘Family Feud’ makes it five in a row
“Family Feud” finished atop the syndication rankings for the fifth consecutive week. The game show averaged a 7.0 household rating for the week of June 27-July 3, beating second-place “Judge Judy” (6.8) by two tenths of a point.
“Dr. Phil” and “Live with Kelly,” both of which were in reruns for the week, tied for No. 1 among talk shows at 2.5. “The Big Bang Theory” (4.8), per usual, was the top off-network series.

Why do you use household ratings here but nowhere else? Ad deals for syndicated shows are largely based on household ratings and, for daytime shows, ratings among women 25-54.
What about “The Simpsons”? “Simpsons” repeats in syndication are not counted in the weekly ratings because they don’t include any national advertising.
“Weekend Adventure” is a package of nature shows airing weekends on many ABC stations.
For syndicated shows airing on multiple days, the viewership is the average of all telecasts.
