I’ve written about this now in a few other posts, but I’m impressed enough with the feat to give it its own posts   On Sunday night HBO’s True Blood snared a 3.0 rating with adults 18-49, the highest-rated show all week in that age group.  It may not sound that impressive compared to American Idol, a new episode of The Big Bang Theory or, you know, the Super Bowl,  but when you consider that HBO is only in about 32 million homes out of the 115 million homes in the U.S. with televisions, it’s impressive.

True Blood won’t likely repeat at the top of the 18-49 heap for the current week.  Last night’s finale of The Bachelorette scored a 3.7 rating with adults 18-49.
