ESPN scored the top spot in the Friday cable ratings once again. However, unlike the week before, the network landed on top this week with its live coverage of the Masters Golf Tournament, which raked in a 0.7 rating in adults 18-49 with 3.91 million viewers. The network’s other pre and post-Masters coverage scored some additional 0.6 – 0.2 ratings throughout the night as well.
Additionally, A&E’s “Live PD” scored the second-highest spot in the top 25 with a 0.6, down one-tenth from its last episode’s 0.7. On the Discovery Channel, “Gold Rush” held steady with a 0.4 for the second week in a row, while HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” held steady with yet another 0.4. The Discovery Channel’s “Bering Sea Gold” was also able to maintain its previous 0.3 with 1.50 million viewers.
