Rivalry weekend in college football brought week-to-week ratings improvements for ESPN’s college football coverage.

The top game of the day (Clemson vs. South Carolina) scored a 1.3 rating among adults 18-49 and 4.03 million viewers, up from 0.9 and a little under 3 million the previous week. “College GameDay” was also up, scoring a 0.8 among the 18-49 demographic.

Hallmark’s movie “The Christmas Train” was the most-watched cable show of the day with 4.87 million viewers. HBO got solid numbers for its premiere of “Kong: Skull Island” (0.8, 2.74 million).
