The top-ranked team in the country gave ESPN’s primetime college football telecasts a boost Saturday. The game between Alabama and Texas A&M led the day’s cable ratings with 4.77 million viewers and a 1.4 rating in adults 18-49, up from 3.03 million and 1.0 for the top game the prior week.

College football and a pair of National League division series games on TBS occupied the top six spots in adults 18-49. “Live PD” was the top non-sports show with a 0.6, in line with its average.
