“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” returned from a brief hiatus to lead Sunday’s cable originals among adults 18-49. The show scored a 1.0 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 2.27 million viewers.

Bravo’s new series “To Rome for Love” couldn’t hold most of that audience, however, debuting to a 0.4 and 948,000 viewers.

“Shameless” took second, tying its season high at 0.7. It also had its second-largest total audience of the season with 1.65 million viewers. New series “The Chi” debuted to a 0.2 and 533,000 viewers, outside the top 25.

E!’s “Live from the Red Carpet” Golden Globes pre-show scored a 0.6, even with last year. “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” came in at 0.5. “Sister Wives” put up a 0.4 for TLC.
