“Dateline” boosted NBC to the No. 1 spot on broadcast among adults 18-49 Friday night. The newsmagazine delivered a 0.9 rating in the demographic.
ABC’s “20/20” scored a 0.7, and “Masters of Illusion” is currently at 0.3, pending updates. A “Blue Bloods” rerun on CBS was the most-watched show of the evening with 4.53 million viewers.
The special “EIF Presents: XQ Super School Live” drew a collective 8.43 million viewers on ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC. It aired commercial-free and therefore won’t be included in the final averages.

Time Shifted Viewing: Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live +Same-Day and Live +7 Day. Time-shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+SD includes viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3 a.m. local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live +7 ratings include viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
