The next-to-last episode of “America’s Got Talent” hit season highs Tuesday night.
The final performance episode scored a 2.9 rating among adults 18-49, its season high — and best in three years — in the demographic. Its 14.32 million viewers was the show’s best Tuesday episode since July 2011.
“AGT” was pretty much the only game in town Tuesday night. A Paley Center special celebrating “Will & Grace” earned a 1.2 for NBC at 10 p.m. The finale of “Somewhere Between” was steady at 0.4 on ABC.
