NBC scored a ratings victory Wednesday night with “America’s Got Talent” and the 9 o’clock episode of “Marlon” both improving on last week’s numbers.
“AGT” scored a 2.1 rating among adults 18-49, up a tenth from last week’s early numbers (it adjusted down in the finals). Its 11.68 million viewers was a six-year high for a results show (exlcuding season finales).
The 9 p.m. “Marlon” (1.3) was also up a tenth vs. the fast nationals a week ago (it adjusted down too), while the 9:30 episode held steady at 1.0. “Hollywood Game Night” finished its season with a 0.7.
CBS’ “Big Brother” (1.8) and “Salvation” (0.5) and FOX’s “Masterchef” (1.2) all matched their numbers from last week.

Live+SD includes viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3 a.m. local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live +7 ratings include viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
