Additional Guests This Week Include Casey Affleck, Ryan Reynolds and Betty White, “America’s Got Talent” Finalist Jackie Evancho and NBA Star Dwyane Wade

BURBANK, Calif. – September 20, 2010 – NBC’s “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” (Monday-Friday, 11:35 p.m. ET) kicks off the new television season with a week of newsworthy guests including Justin Timberlake (September 20), Casey Affleck (September 21), Ryan Reynolds and Betty White (September 22), Jackie Evancho (September 23) and Dwyane Wade (September 24).

The week kicked off tonight, Monday, September 20 when Timberlake visited the Burbank studio to talk about his new film “The Social Network.”  Little did he know that NBA All-Star Miami Heat’s Chris Bosh would show up to place a bet against Timberlake’s beloved Los Angeles Lakers and throw around a little pre-season trash talk:

Tomorrow, September 21, the week continues when Affleck sits down to discuss the controversy surrounding his film, “I’m Still Here,” which was recently revealed to be a mockumentary about his brother-in-law and actor Joaquin Phoenix.

The stars of the 2009 comedy “The Proposal,” Reynolds and recent Emmy Award winner favorite White, will reunite on Leno’s couch.  On September 22, “America’s Got Talent” sweetheart — 10-year-old opera singer Jackie Evancho — makes her first talk-show appearance.  Likewise, the Miami Heat’s Dwyane Wade makes a pre-season visit on Friday, September 24.
