FOX has added two new comedies to its 2017-18 lineup: “Ghosted,” about a pair of paranormal investigators, and “LA to Vegas,” about a group of Sin City diehards who make the flight from Burbank’s airport every weekend.

“Ghosted” stars Adam Scott as a true believer in paranormal phenomena who, along with a skeptic (Craig Robinson), is recruited by a government agency to investigate a wave of strange occurrences in Los Angeles. In the course of their work they uncover a bigger mystery that could threaten humanity. Ally Walker and Adeel Akhtar also star.

Tom Gormican (“That Awkward Moment”) created the show, and Kevin Etten (“Workaholics”) will serve as showrunner. Scott and Robinson are also executive producers.

“LA to Vegas” follows a group of people — crew and passengers — who make the flight from Burbank to Las Vegas every week in hopes of striking it rich. Dylan McDermott plays the flight captain; the cast also includes Ed Weeks (“The Mindy Project”), Kim Matula, Olivia Macklin, Nathan Lee Graham and Peter Stormare.

Lon Zimmet (“Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt”) wrote the pilot and executive produces alongside director Steven Levitan (“Modern Family”) and Gary Sanchez Productions’ Will Ferrell, Adam McKay, Chris Henchy and Owen Burke.

The two shows — both produced in-house by 20th Century Fox Television — join Marvel drama “The Gifted” in FOX’s lineup for next season. You can go here to see a rundown of all the new shows coming to the broadcast networks in 2017-18.

FOX announces its full lineup for next season on Monday, May 15.
