The top of the Live +3 ratings chart for the 2016-17 season looks a lot like it did in the same-day rankings: Eight of the top 10 shows are the same, albeit in somewhat different order.

“The Big Bang Theory,” “This Is Us” and “Empire” all moved ahead of part 3 of “Football Night in America” with three days of DVR and on-demand viewing. “This Is Us” also passed “Empire” as the top-rated drama after DVR viewing is factored in. “Modern Family” and “Grey’s Anatomy” move into the top 10, displacing “The Bachelor” and the Monday edition of “The Voice.”

The biggest jump, however, goes to “Designated Survivor.” The first-year ABC show tied for 41st in same-day ratings. After three days of delayed viewing it jumps all the way up to 14th place.

All figures below are Live +3 ratings for original episodes during the Nielsen-measured TV season from Sept. 19, 2016-May 24, 2017. Episodes of shows that aired outside those dates are excluded, as are summer shows that aired episodes during the season.

One other note: ABC classifies “The Great Christmas Light Fight” as a series of specials and thus doesn’t track the show’s delayed-viewing numbers. That’s why it’s not included here.
