6 MILLION VIEWERS AND REMAINS THE #1 SUNDAY MORNING NEWS PROGRAM WITH VIEWERS AND ADULTS 25-54

 

CBS SUNDAY MORNING WITH CHARLES OSGOOD was watched by an average of 6 million viewers and remained the #1 Sunday morning news program with viewers and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Nov. 16, 2014.

CBS SUNDAY MORNING averaged 6m viewers and delivered a 1.4/07 with adults 25-54, the demographic that matters most to those who advertise in news.

Season-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING is up +3% in viewers (5.87m from 5.68m) and even in adults 25-54 (1.4/07) compared to last year. 

 

Sunday’s broadcast featured Tracy Smith’s report on the multi-billion dollar motivational speaking industry; Rita Braver’s profile of Hollywood and Broadway costume designer Ann Roth; Lee Cowan’s interview with actress and singer Katey Sagal; Anthony Mason’s chat with actor Mark Ruffalo; Martha Teichner’s look at the history of the University of Georgia’s famed bulldog mascot, UGA; and Steve Hartman’s visit with a former NFL player who quit the game to become a farmer and now donates his crops to food banks in his home town.
