FOX NEWS CHANNEL’S BRET BAIER AND GRETA VAN SUSTEREN TO CONDUCT JOINT INTERVIEW WITH FORMER SECRETARY OF STATE

HILLARY CLINTONON TUESDAY JUNE 17th

FOX News Channel’s (FNC) Bret Baier and Greta Van Susteren will present a joint half-hour interview with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Tuesday, June 17th spanning across the anchors’ respective programs.  It will begin on Special Report at approximately 6:45PM/ET and then continue during On the Record until 7:15 PM/ET.  The joint half-hour interview will cover an array of topics, including Clinton’s forthcoming book, “Hard Choices,” the upcoming 2016 presidential election and the 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya.

 

During their respective tenures at FNC, both Baier and Van Susteren have secured countless interviews with dignitaries. Baier’s highlights include President Barack Obama, then-President George W. Bush and then-Vice President Dick Cheney. Among Van Susteren’s key interviews are former Presidents George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. She last interviewed Hillary Clinton in January 2013.

 

Van Susteren was dubbed one of the world’s 100 most powerful women by Forbes magazine this week and Baier’s Special Report was recently acknowledged by TIME Magazine’s Joe Klein as the only “straight newscast” in cable news at 6pm.
