Err, why is “Nikita’s Latest Renewal And Cancellation Chances” linking to NBC?

In the beginning of the show I was blown away. Maggie Q makes the show even better with her super-skills. Personally I think the show has a good plot, and with all the flashbacks on how thing were earlier, also between Nikita and Michael makes it very exiting. But I cannot understand why this show is in danger of cancellation. If you look at Imdb you will see the ratings are very high and people love it.
So please do something to keep the show alive! I love it, it is one of the best TV-series I have ever seen. DOn’t cancel it, and if you were to cancel it, at least make the 1st season complete!!
In a TV season with little new to offer, Nikita is tops.
Nikita is one of the best shows on tv nowdays. I don’t understand why there are so few viewers though. It has an amazing premise, fantastic casts, awesome sets, and unbelieveable action. Nikita is far better than most shows on tv and I hope it gets renewed for another season. It’s dark and nitty gritty and doesn’t leave viewers hanging with questions, just wanting more. It’s the second best show on the CW. I guarantee that if it were on a larger network, Nikita would be one of the most watched shows on tv now. The CW is fantastic though. The only problem i have with it is that it’s targeted at women, but I’m a man and I watch it and I still think it’s pretty good. (I’m not gay). It’s a tight show. So I hope it doesn’t get canceled.
Nikita is easily my favorite show that the CW has put on tv in a long time. It’s my favorite show overall this season! There’s not many shows that can hold my interest like Nikita can. The constant teasing of the Michael and Nikita relationship is enough to keep my eyes glued to the screen. I’m just dying for them to get together! And on top of that there’s the amazing plot and storylines of the rest of the characters, which I love also. And I love how dark and action packed the show is. Nikita has got it all in a time where great TV shows are really lacking. I would be devistated if this show got cancelled.

The promo’s are not good. They are watchable if you know the show, but not if you are new to it.
I can’t Believe that I never watched Nikita before last night….Airs on CW maybe thats why but this is one of the best shows ive seen in a long time. My brother made me watch it and I fell in love with the show.
I mean Gorgeous chicks that can kick the crap out of anyone. How can you not love that?
I’m lovin’ Nikita! After the first ep I left the show to stew and gel, then came back around ep 10 and have been a fan ever since.
It’s got allot going for it with ok actors, semi-good scripts, decent plots and surprisingly good scenes. My jaw has hit the floor many times from action scenes. I think it was eps twelve and 17 that compelled me to watch em twice.
I’ll never forget Nikita coming out of the elevator inside Division, stopping everyone there in their tracks with a surprised stupor on their faces and proceeded to school everyone there just who and what Nikita is; an overwhelming force of action and beauty.
And how about Alex, morally choosing to get out; that’s just good writing. What a gem!

I just need Nikita. I thought I wouldn’t enjoy the show. Then episode 2 I was hooked. Maggie Q is outstanding. Shane West potrays the character of Michael fantastically so many layers behind that one stoic man. The cast – Melinda Clarke, Xander Berkely and Aaraon Stanford gold only problem is not seeing enough of them. And the guest stars Devon Sawa he should be a series regular there is a great dynamic with Nikita/Owen/Michael.
The season finale was amazing all the details, action and comedy (Birkhoff and Ryan).
Come May 19th I hope they make the right choice and renew Nikita.
Honestly it’s their Thursdays that keep me interested. Without knowing both TVD and Nikita are on the network. I will not watch live because I sometimes think the CW is a joke with their show choices Hellcats and OTH (I have no words for that never ending show with those one trick pony actors)

Nikita is one of the top DVR +7 shows. Non-stop action packs and suspenses with amazing twists. Actions, love, fashion, and top-knot technologies!!! We LOVE it! Do not cancel ever!!!!

The “La Femme Nikita” TV series from 1997 thru 2001 is still the Superior Show…but this Nikita Version HAS IMPROVED A LOT in my opinion. I tried to get into the first several episodes of season 1, but Maggie Q took some getting used to (although, I’m really loving her now). And Shane West definitely has that certain something…both actors have slightly different takes on Michael & Nikita, but they definitely have the potential to eventually be as good as Roy Dupuis & Peta Wilson’s versions of the characters.
I think the problem with the ratings now was that the first season was kind of a hit an miss with certain episodes. Except for the Michael bits, the first several episodes were kind of boring. The show was also not that belivable in the way that it was being portrayed. However, I happened to catch the “Fair Trade” episode, and Wow! I am now hooked. I also caught bits and pieces of the last few episodes of season 1, and was kind of blown away by how enjoyable & entertaining they were. But here’s the current problem as I see it. I (who am a Big Nikita & Michael fan from the original show) could just as easily have missed all of season 2 without realizing how much better it is now. If I were the CW, I would promote not only the up coming episodes, but I’d promote the series as a whole, with occasional commercials displaying some of the coolest scenes (Berkoff’s Missle Launcher & Micaels racing to the rescue as he’s Shooting Machine Guns out of the white car come to mind. Let the audience see that this show is now even better than it was in the first season. And perhaps give a little quick overview from time to time so that people aren’t so confused when they come on board.
If the Nikita story keeps going in the direction that it’s been going….I for one HOPE the ratings go back up. I haven’t been glued to watching something on Friday nights since Smallville. Now Nikita is finally starting to fill that void. And I am sooooooo glad that I didn’t miss the entire second season.
I would like to also make one request as a Fan though….I would really like for the show to block scenes for Michael where the character shows us some of his classic trade mark….and the only way I can describe this trade mark is to quote the producers from the La Femme Nikita Season 2 Opening Episode “HARD LANDING”. There is a scene were Michael takes out a guy, and disarms him at the same time….all while kissing a girl and he doesn’t stop kissing the girl until after he’s done….On the DVD Episode Commentary, the producers where just having a blast at how COOL, and as well as how believable the scene had been done. Their exact term for Michael’s Ability was “Minimum Effort, Maximum Destruction”. The director went on to say how fun and challenging it was for them to come up with cool new ways that Michael could do his “Thing”. If any of you new Nikita fans don’t know what I’m talking about, then you have definitely got to see the original tv series.
