GALAVISIÓN NO. 1 CABLE NETWORK AMONG HISPANIC VIEWERS IN PRIMETIME AND TOTAL DAY
Season to Date Galavisión Delivered Double Digit Percentage Margins Over Competitors
MIAMI, FL – JULY 12, 2012 – Through the 2011/2012 season-to-date, Galavisión continues to rank as the No. 1 cable network, regardless of language, among Hispanic Adults in primetime and Total Day.
Among key Hispanic demographics, Galavisión has delivered double digit percentage margins season to date. In primetime, Galavisión delivered 56 percent more Hispanic Total Viewers 2+ than its nearest competitor Discovery En Español, followed by 81 percent more Hispanic Total Viewers 2+ than mun2. The cable network also delivered 44 percent more Hispanic Adults 18-34 than its nearest competitors Discovery En Español and mun2, followed by 100 percent more Hispanic Adult 18-34 viewers than FOX Deportes. Among Hispanic Adults 18-49, Galavisión delivered 41 percent more viewers than Discovery En Español and 75 percent more viewers than mun2.

In Total Day, Galavisión delivered 126 percent more Hispanic Total Viewers 2+ than its nearest competitor Discovery En Español, and 135 percent more Hispanic Total Viewers 2+ than mun2. Among Hispanic Adults 18-34, the cable network beat out mun2 with 81 percent more viewers, followed by 111 percent more viewers than Discovery En Español. Galavisión also delivered more Hispanic Adult 18-49 viewers than its nearest competitors Discovery en Español and ESPN Deportes by 106 percent and 120 percent respectfully.
