NICKELODEON CLOSES THE WEEK AS TOP CABLE NET
Victorious Holiday Special Takes Top Spot for the Night
Nickelodeon closed the week (11/28/11-12/4/11) as basic cable’s number-one total day net with kids 2-11 (2.7/945,000) and total viewers (1.7 million). The win was fueled by a new holiday Victorious special, “A Christmas Tori,” which premiered on Saturday night (Dec. 3, 8 p.m. ET/PT) and drew 4.4 million total viewers. The primetime premiere won the top spot for the night with all kid demos across all TV and with total viewers across basic cable, averaging a 6.4/2.2 million K2-11, 8.7/1.8 million K6-11 and 8.0/1.7 million T9-14.
