Original Series Drive the Network to Record Quarterly Ratings

Delivers more African American Viewers 2+, Adults 25-54 and Women 25-54 in Primetime than Bravo, Centric, UP!, WEtv, & Bounce TV

SILVER SPRING, MD, OCTOBER 8, 2013 ? TV One announced today that the network saw its best quarterly total day performance in history across all key demos, posting strong double-digit gains versus a year ago. Original prime time series drove the ratings growth in 3Q13 with new series R&B Divas LA and Fatal Attraction and returning favorites The Rickey Smiley Show, Celebrity Crime Files and Life After leading the charge.

3Q2013 Highlights:

·         TV One posted double-digit Total Day year-over-year gains among overall Households & key demos:
o   Households (+11%), Adults 25-54 (+25%), Adults 18-49 (+23%)
o   Adult Women 25-54 (+21%), Adult Women 18-49 (+16%)

·               This is the third consecutive TV One quarter to post quarter-to-quarter A25-54 gains in Total Day
o   Total Day: 1Q13 versus 4Q12 (+10%)
o   Total Day: 2Q13 versus 1Q13 (+1%)
o   Total Day: 3Q13 versus 2Q13 (+13%)
