Prime Suspect was excellent and it should not have been cancelled. It was on the same level as Law and Order, CSI and NCIS and Blue Bloods. Since, I have dvr I watched each episode twice. And the cast worked very well together. Please bring it back.

Finally a truly interesting detective homicide drama! Prime Suspect had depth, kept viewers wanting more, was witty, well written with provocative characters & a cast to die for, Maria Bello was the perfect star. Wow, now it’s cancelled, you (NBC) didn’t even give it a chance, not even a time or day change. If you think those of us with IQ’s over 120 want reality TV or obvious & shallow sitcoms think again. PS was one of the VERY few shows I watched on NBC. My preferences lean more towards The Closer, Justified, Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, New Girl, NCIS & Fringe. I hope someone within that sacred inner circle of NBC has enough intelligence to bring it back. Sheep, all of you.
