In week 44 of the broadcast television season ending Sunday, July 22, 2012, ABC was number one among adults 18-49 with a 1.5 rating average. FOX and Univision tied for second with a 1.4 rating average. CBS took fourth, earning a 1.2 rating average. NBC was fifth with a 1.1 average. The CW finished last with a 0.3 adults 18-49 rating average.
CBS won the week with total viewers, averaging 5.32 million viewers, ahead of second place ABC with 4.92 million viewers. NBC was third with 4.29 million, followed by FOX with 3.76 million, Univision with 3.676 million, and the CW with 0.74 million.
Each adults 18-49 rating point is a percentage of the adults 18-49 US TV population and equals 1.279 million adults 18-49.
