During the first week of 2015 (week of 1/5/15), LIVE with Kelly and Michael” ranked as the No. 1 syndicated talk show in Households, beating “Dr. Phil” by 3% (3.3 rating vs. 3.2 rating). “LIVE” was also the top syndie talk show of the week among Women 25-54 (1.6 rating), tied with “Dr. Phil.” “LIVE” was the week’s 2nd-most-watched syndicated talker, running neck-and-neck with “Dr. Phil” (4.361 million vs. 4.501 million), while outdrawing “Ellen” by 10% (3.972 million). In fact, “LIVE” was the No. 1 syndicated talk show for the 3rd consecutive week in Households and Women 25-54.


·         “LIVE” matched a season high in Households (3.3 rating) and tied its strongest performance in almost 1 year (since w/o 2/3/14), while drawing its 2nd-biggest audience of the season.


·         “LIVE” scored at least a 3.0 rating in Households on all 5 telecasts of the week: Monday – 3.2 rating, Tuesday – 3.2 rating, Wednesday – 3.4 rating, Thursday – 3.4 rating, Friday – 3.0 rating.

·         LIVE with Kelly and Michael” is up for the 2nd consecutive year to deliver its strongest 19-week average in 7 years in Homes (+3% – 3.0 rating vs. 2.9 rating) and in 8 years in Total Viewers (+5% – 3.989 million vs. 3.796 million) – since the 2007-08 and 2006-07 seasons, respectively.

·         On average for the 2014-15 season to date, “LIVE” stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households, Total Viewers and Women 25-54 (tie).
