April 23-27, 2018 saw NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” take a minor hit in the late-night ratings, when it fell one-hundredth of a point from a 0.50 to a 0.49 rating in adults 18-49. The series kept its place at the top of the 11:35 p.m. time slot, however, with CBS’ “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” similarly dropping from its previous 0.44 to a 0.41 this time around. On ABC, “Jimmy Kimmel Live” also fell five-hundredths of a point from a 0.42 to a 0.37.
“Late Night with Seth Meyers” returned from a small week-long hiatus and, as a result, ticked up from a 0.28 to a 0.31. Meanwhile, “The Late Late Show with James Corden” fell four-hundredths of a point to a 0.22, breaking off from the steady rise in the ratings it had been maintaining throughout the previous few weeks.
In cable, TBS’ “Conan” was able to tick up one-hundredth from a 0.16 to a 0.17, and Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show with Trevor Noah” experienced a minor uptick as well, when it rose from 0.24 to a 0.25.
