The second week of the Summer Olympics brought some more daytime pre-emptions and thus another week of somewhat lower ratings than usual for syndicated shows.
“Judge Judy” held the No. 1 spot for the third straight week with a 6.3 household rating, three tenths of a point better than “Family Feud” — which has now run its streak as the No. 1 game show to 17 weeks. “Dr. Phil” (2.1) edged “Live with Kelly” (2.0) for the top talk show.

Why do you use household ratings here but nowhere else? Ad deals for syndicated shows are largely based on household ratings and, for daytime shows, ratings among women 25-54.
What about “The Simpsons”? “Simpsons” repeats in syndication are not counted in the weekly ratings because they don’t include any national advertising.
“Weekend Adventure” is a package of nature shows airing weekends on many ABC stations.
For syndicated shows airing on multiple days, the viewership is the average of all telecasts.
