For the 16th time in 17 weeks, “Judge Judy” was the No. 1-rated show in syndication.
The show earned a 7.2 household rating for the week of Dec. 4, half a point better than runner-up “Family Feud.” The “Feud,” in turn, edged fellow game shows “Jeopardy” (6.6) and “Wheel of Fortune.”

Why do you use household ratings here but nowhere else? Ad deals for syndicated shows are largely based on household ratings and, for daytime shows, ratings among women 25-54.
What about “The Simpsons”? “Simpsons” repeats in syndication are not counted in the weekly ratings because they don’t include any national advertising.
“Weekend Adventure” is a package of nature shows airing weekends on many ABC stations.
For syndicated shows airing on multiple days, the viewership is the average of all telecasts.
