Week 2 of “Saturday Night Live” couldn’t quite match the ratings of its season premiere, but it still scored the night’s best ratings, primetime or otherwise.
The episode featuring host Amy Schumer and musical guest The Weeknd drew a 1.9/9 in adults 18-49 in the metered market ratings, down just a tenth from last week’s Miley Cyrus-led premiere. In metered-market households, it drew a 3.9/10 vs. the 4.5/11 for the premiere.
In both measures, “SNL” was the top-rated show of the night. The 18-49 and household ratings were also up a tenth compared to a year ago.
