In week 27 of the broadcast television season ending Sunday, March 25, 2012 CBS cinched the lead for adults 18-49 with a 2.6 adults 18-49 rating average. FOX  came in second with a 2.2 adults 18-49 rating average, and ABC was third with 1.7. NBC was fourth with a 1.6, and Univision was fifth with a 1.5 adults 18-49 rating. The CW finished sixth with a 0.6 adults 18-49 rating average.

CBS also won the week with total viewers, averaging 9.7 million viewers, ahead of second place ABC with 6.86 million average. FOX was third with 6.72 million, followed by NBC with 5.31m, Univision with 3.72m, and the CW with 1.41m.

Each adults 18-49 rating point is a percentage of the adults 18-49 US TV population and equals 1.279 million adults 18-49.
