With 3 hours of Patriots-Broncos game in primetime on Saturday night (Tebow time!), CBS was out in front for the week with adults 18-49 with  a 3.7 rating average, ahead of FOX’s (which had a about an hour of Giants/Packers in primetime on Sunday night) 3.2 adults 18-49 rating. ABC was third for the week with a 2.2 adults 18-49 average. NBC was fourth with a 2.0 adults 18-49 rating average. Univision was fifth with a 1.4 rating. The CW finished sixth with a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating average.

CBS won the week with total viewers averaging 13.94 million viewers, ahead of second place FOX’s 8.69 million average. ABC was third with 7.02 million, followed by NBC with 6.59m, Univision with 3.40m, and the CW with 1.30m.

Each adults 18-49 rating point is a percentage of the adults 18-49 US TV population and equals 1.279 million adults 18-49.
