In the 30th week of the 35 week broadcast season (April 11-17), with the NCAA Basketball tournament long gone, Fox was back on top the primetime adults 18-49 ratings competition for the week averaging a 2.6 adults 18-49 rating.
ABC moved into an unsual second place with a 2.1 adults 18-49 rating for the week. CBS finished in third with a 2.0 adults 18-49 rating. NBC finished fourth with a 1.6 adults 18-49 rating average. Univision was in fifth with a 1.4 adults 18-49 average. The CW finished sixth with a 0.7 adults 18-49 rating average.
CBS was also on top of the press release friendly, but revenue meaningless, average viewership for the week averaging 9.23 million viewers. Trailing them were Fox 7.91 million, ABC 7.84m, NBC 5.17m, Univision 3.65m, and the CW 1.54m.
Each adults 18-49 rating point is a percentage of the adults 18-49 US TV population and equals 1.315 million adults 18-49.
