In the 31st week of the 35 week broadcast season (April 18-25), Fox was well ahead of the pack in the primetime adults 18-49 ratings competition for the week averaging a 2.7 adults 18-49 rating.
ABC stayed in an atypical second place with a 1.9 adults 18-49 rating for the week, so much for the soap fan boycott. CBS finished in third with a 1.8 adults 18-49 rating. NBC finished fourth with a 1.5 adults 18-49 rating average. Univision was in fifth with a 1.3 adults 18-49 average. The CW finished sixth with a 0.8 adults 18-49 rating average.
CBS was on top of the press release friendly, but revenue meaningless, average viewership for the week averaging 8.48 million viewers. Trailing them were Fox 8.19 million, ABC 7.73m, NBC 4.86m, Univision 3.31m, and the CW 1.75m.
Each adults 18-49 rating point is a percentage of the adults 18-49 US TV population and equals 1.315 million adults 18-49.
