The numbers didn’t start out great to begin with for HBO’s The Pacific, but prior to Easter Sunday they’d remained pretty steady.   But on Sunday, they dropped to 2.516 million average viewers for the 9:05p telecast  and a 0.9 rating with adults 18-49.

That’s down from last week when it averaged 2.77 million and a 1.1 rating with adults 18-49 for the third episode.  The second episode the week prior averaged 2.788 million and a 1.0 rating with adults 18-49 versus 3.079 million and a 1.1 rating with adults 18-49 in the previous week’s premiere.

Note that viewing was down in general on Sunday, most likely due to the Easter holiday, though the 10:01p airing of How To Make It In America was up from the previous week, averaging 654,000 viewers vs. last week’s 567,000 viewers.  Both weeks scored the same 0.3 rating with adults 18-49.
